than with some bad beats! Some stats too from this week. Been playing a lot since we have the week off from school. Think we're suppose to be 'reading' on reading week but hey, whatever.
The good news is I'm up a bunch running a heater on stars playing NL50 and NL25....really for a couple hundred bucks. As soon as I get my poker tracker fixed I'll have some numbers of actually interest on here.
Also, I've played the daily 15k with 2500-3000 people the past 2 days...taken 48th and 180ish which was obv. for no cash but hey, it's a decent result. I've also played a few other 11 and 5.50 mtt's on stars with several similar results...cashing in 3/4 of those I think, nothing big though. I'm playing pretty well so hopefully we'll go deep 1 timeeee soon :)
So, on party they have these steps...buy in to step 1 is $3, buy in to step 6 is 500 and it finally actually pays out.
Long and the short is I played a bunch, get a dozen step 2's or so and decide to go with it and being only realistically optimistic that maybe I can get 1-2 shots at step 6 and make a cash.
Here we are, Step 5 ticket number 1, playing yesterday. Get to 5 handed and the blinds are ridiculous so only the poker gods can control what happens from this point on but a double up would have been nice here....**obv side note is this is a $170 sng so kinda a big deal for a dinky low limit guy like me!

Anyways, my fault I was short and in that position but I'm not calling half my stack, lotto blinds or not with Q high because he can find much better spots than that in the next 10 hands, 2 orbits....then the way the hand played out makes you want to puke
SO
on we go back down to step 4 right away, this is the closing hand of that one...standard cooler, nothing special...but as a chain of events, sucks big donkey balls. Also, there is lots of space to fill here....
obv. note is again, I'm ss and he isnt folding here, he is just raising in position and with the blinds at what they are, I can't blame him for raising an ace on the button, and my move is risky at best but I had a read, had no chips left and had to giver, ah well.
